This pizza has a rosemary crust that is very nice. It makes your house smell heavenly. I have made this pizza before and really liked it but last night was a different story. The sauce was very heavy and floury tasting. I was very disappointed. I am not sure what went wrong in the process. Here is the recipe, let me know if you make it with different results. The sauce needs to be thinner and more flavorful on its own. I also added a few more ingredients to the pizza, green onions and diced mushrooms. I will give this recipe another try but with my own tweeks on the sauce.
Another frustrating part of this recipe is the amount of dishes it requires to make. Get ready to wash multiple pans afterward.
