Salted: A Manifesto on the World's Most Essential Mineral, with Recipies ~ Mark Bitterman
I decided to check this book out from the library after my Mom gave me some artisan salt for Christmas. I was mainly trying to figure out how to use these salts I had never heard of, let alone had ever tasted. A great read. It has made me a salt enthusiast. I want to try a bunch of different salts to see what tastes I have been missing out on! It has also made me never want to buy salt from the store again, check it out and you will see what I mean.
