Recently we were at a Sunday, year-round, farmers market with some friends in Ballard, WA. I love street farmers markets! Especially when they feature locally grown produce and meats. While we were there our friends mentioned that they eat Swiss Chard all the time. I on the other hand have had some good experiences with creamed Swiss Chard at restaurants but the first, and only time, I tried my hand at it at home is was awful. Thus it doesn't make it into our house often. This recipe turned out better. Just needs something bring it to the next level. Comment below if you have a suggestion or a recipe that makes you crave Swiss Chard! I made this dish with the Rainbow Swiss Chard our friends bought for us at the market.
