These rolls are by far the best homemade rolls ever! They are also very easy to make. I found this recipe on a friend's blog and fell in love. I am making them for buns for tomorrow's dinner of BHF hamburgers. I decided to cut the recipe in half today as this recipe can make a lot of rolls and I don't want to waste any. I made a mistake while I was allowing the flour and yeast mixture to rest, when I came back to add the butter I put the full recipe amount in. I added a bit more flour to the mixture to create a soft dough.
The rolls with too much butter turned out perfect! I may make them the wrong way from now on.
