I am so happy with how my garden is doing so far. I am learning a lot from the other gardeners and also from the new veggies I am growing that I have no experience with. One thing I have learned,
Endive is very bitter when picked and eaten in a salad this time of year....
going to have learn a bit more about this one! Half the fun is learning about the new things I have planted. I have harvested radishes, arugula, strawberries, 1 Anehiem pepper, red lettuce, simpson lettuce, spinach, a handful of raspberries and endive.
