I had way to many dumplings than was possible for 2 people to eat so I ended up freezing 26 of them which gives us 3 more meals for those "don't want to really cook" nights. Tonight, we had our first test of how well freezing them works. I reheated them by steaming them and then slightly crisping one side in the non-stick pan. They were great! The flavor was almost better the second time around.
The rating has changed to a 3.
