Creamy Speghetti Sauce

1/2 pound ground beef
1 small red onion
6 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
8 sliced mushrooms
1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute ground beef, onion, garlic, green peppers and mushrooms together until meat has browned. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Add dry ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat at least 30 minutes. Add cream cheese just before serving and allow to melt into sauce. Serve over noodle of your choice.
